I have created my program with the knowledge that grew from my own journey to wellness, and the experience of 15 years as a personal trainer. I selected my favorite exercises to target muscles for fast results in 10 minute videos, using only one set of hand weights, your body weight and a mat. I look forward to sharing this collection with you!

My journey to wellness began like many of yours, with a choice, not only to feel better physically, but also to address the mental, emotional and physical challenges that had developed over time.
In the span of three years, I experienced hormonal changes, divorce, loss of home, empty nest and a lot of moving! As a result, I began to struggle with depression. I know many of you can relate.
Miraculously, I did not stay stuck in this place of stress, fear and hopelessness. I took action. I made key changes in my mindset and lifestyle, and slowly created a program that has changed my life and the lives of many other women.
