My Mid-Life Experience
My journey to wellness began like many of yours, with a choice to make a change.
This was a mindset choice not only to feel better physically, but also to address the mental, emotional and physical challenges that had developed over time.
In the span of 3 years, I experienced hormonal changes, divorce, loss of home, empty nest and a lot of moving. As a result of all of this stress, I began to struggle with depression, reverting to bad eating habits and weight gain, and loss of energy.
Getting Unstuck
Miraculously, I did not stay stuck in this place of stress and depression. As a personal trainer for over 15 years, I have helped to guide women through challenges just like mine. But to implement change in my own life, I needed a new game plan. Instead of giving in to apathy and depression I took action.
I made key changes in my mindset and lifestyle, and created a program that has changed the lives of many other women.
